I originally wrote this one as my first attempt at producing "real" music for someone else, with the intention of staying behind the scenes. I tried to make the production more full than the usual minimal techno. I really wanted Cara Nova (who'd worked with me on "Enginefloatreactor") to sing on this track but she'd moved to New York. The second vocalist flaked. Mad Mike hooked me up with a beautiful vocalist and we did a session, but I decided it wasn't quite right. So here's the original instrumental mix. Years later, I've finally made the lowtempo vocal album that I've always wanted to make. Check my new album as The Inside.
